Research Fellowship استفسار

السلام عليكم
انا معيد في جامعه الملك سعود ، و قدرت اجيب قبول في
Research Fellowship في McGill University
سؤالي , ايش الخطوات الي لازم اسويها
1) هل لازم اراسل الملحقيه اول و هما يراسلوا الجامعه ، و لا انا اراسل الجامعه على طول
2) اش نوع الفيزا Work Permit or Study Permit
